Ingredients
* Ground meat: 500 grams
* Felor banoo onion powder: 1 tablespoon
* Felor banoo paprika powder: 2 teaspoons
* Potatoes: 500 grams
* Oil: as needed
* Felor banoo dried parsley: 100 grams
* Lavash bread: 20 pieces (You can also use homemade or pre-made dough)
* Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
* Salt, turmeric, and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them. (You can also use boiled potatoes, mashed instead.)
- Sauté the meat briefly, then add in order: onion powder, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Then add the fried potatoes and the dried parsley to the meat.
- Reduce the heat under the pan, cover it, and let it cook with its own steam so the flavors meld completely.
- Cut the lavash bread into square or triangular pieces. Place the filling inside and fold it. To prevent the lavash from opening, mix three tablespoons of flour with a little water until it reaches a consistency like thick yogurt. Use this mixture to seal the edges of the bread.
- Fry the filled sambusas in plenty of hot oil.
